The Challenge
At Just Williams, we partnered with Newfold Digital to deliver a transformative consultancy project designed to unify and empower their growing team. Our mission was twofold: to develop a bespoke Playbook encapsulating Newfold’s core values, mission, structure, and best practices, and to ensure its seamless implementation through tailored training for new starters.
By working collaboratively with Newfold, we aimed to:
- Craft a Playbook that serves as a clear and inspiring guide, embedding the company’s vision, processes, and strategies.
- Equip new team members with the knowledge and skills to hit the ground running, fostering alignment and consistency across the organisation.
Through this project, we not only set the stage for operational excellence but also reinforced Newfold Digital’s commitment to creating a cohesive and empowered workforce.
The Solution
Andrew Morgan, Head of UK Sales for Newfold Digital, first connected with Jessica Williams at Just Williams as they shared office space at Fusion Hive. Newfold Digital operates as an umbrella company providing a full suite of digital solutions, from hosting packages to digital marketing services.
In April 2024, after recognising Just Williams’ expertise in sales and marketing, Andrew approached Jessica to run a training session for his new intake of staff. He wanted a second opinion on how to ensure everyone was aligned and consistently trained in the same methods and values, ultimately aiming for a more streamlined and efficient training plan.
This led to the creation of the Playbook, a comprehensive resource housing all critical information, including processes, points of contact, and best practices. Designed to be accessible to all employees at any time, the Playbook quickly became a vital tool for unifying the team and ensuring operational consistency.
As an organisation committed to continuous improvement, Newfold Digital now has a dynamic, digital Playbook that evolves alongside their business, ensuring it continually meets the needs of the team.
