Coaching & Mentoring

We believe in the power of coaching and mentoring to unlock potential and accelerate growth. Working with individuals to support their CPD and often as part of a 6 or 12 month programme including workshops. Our one to one support helps progress learnings from classroom to real life through structured support, actions and a goal mindset. Through one-to-one and group support, we help business owners, leaders and professionals develop confidence, overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Jessica Williams is an award-winning entrepreneur, keynote speaker and business leader with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations grow through stronger relationships, effective communication and sustainable business practices. 

As Founder of Just Williams, a certified B Corp consultancy, Jessica has trained more than 5,500 professionals and delivered keynote presentations at conferences, exhibitions, leadership events and strategy days across the UK. Her talks combine practical business insight with real-life experiences from entrepreneurship, endurance sport, fundraising and community leadership. 

Having completed 13 marathons and ultramarathons, climbed Mont Blanc and regularly run over 3,000 miles per year, Jessica shares powerful lessons on resilience, mindset, leadership and performance under pressure.
