Lynas Engineers and Just Williams began a partnership in late 2016 following a presentation by Managing Director, Rob Lynas, at a regional networking event. Just Williams were entrusted with the task of establishing Lynas Engineers as a go-to organisation for highly skilled, personable and professional engineering design.

Solution

Since 2016, the partnership between Lynas Engineers and Just Williams has evolved and thrived, following a responsive change in need for both the client and the market in general. Initially, our partnership was delivered on a sales only basis, helping to engage new partners in the Lynas way of working, and delivering impact designed to emphasise and empower the profile of the business to new markets, as well as a growing name in their established fields also.

Following the introduction of Marketing to the Just Williams portfolio, Lynas Engineers took on this service in a hybrid format with sales activities to firmly embed the Lynas brand, skills and profile into the North East market and beyond.

A unique element to the Lynas Engineers partnership has been the design, development and implementation of the Preferred Partners network. This network was designed to promote collaborative working throughout construction and engineering industries, strengthen local supply chain connections and make positive impact in the communities around us. Now, with more than 100 members, the network boats regular round table meetings set to empower and challenge the industry, and an annual conference – Constructing Links – that brings the Partners and the public together, making change and futureproofing projects across the country.

Over the past 9 years, our work with Lynas Engineers has grown from making introductions to potential partners to a full marketing offering – ensuring the profile of the business is easily found, recognised and engaged with. The relationship has developed into a strong bond and a true reflection of an effective, agile agreement that is supporting the Lynas Engineers to continue to be a leading name in civil and structural engineering across the North.
